Class Descriptions
Prepare to move and stretch your body, mind, and spirit through Hatha Vinyasa. In Sanskrit, Hatha means “force” and Vinyasa refers to a sequence of postures. This class consists of warm ups, standing, seated, and supine asanas (postures), balances, breathing exercises, form/posture alignment cues, and adjustments given upon consent. Our Hatha Vinyasa classes are for all levels and help increase flexibility, improve posture, de-stress, re-align, increase strength, stamina, and overall well-being.
Form, Function, and Flow! Erin's teachings are logical, moving you through postures with an emphasis on anatomy and alignment, breathwork, and followed by some sweet and slow yin followed by Savasana.
Restorative Yoga is the most gentle class that we offer and is especially beneficial for those experiencing physical and/or mental fatigue and burnout. Props are used generously to allow both the body and brain to fully relax in the poses. A typical restorative class has only a handful of postures in which the body is fully held and supported, so no real physical exertion is required. Our instructor is highly attentive to students, offering additional props and adjustments to support the needs of each unique body.
Tai chi, often described as “meditation in motion”, is an ancient and beautiful martial art that enhances balance, strength, and flexibility on both the physical and mental levels. Tai Chi harmonizes the breath, physical movement, concentration, and visual focus to cultivate the inner energy or life force. The Yang style 24-form of Tai Chi, led by Richard, is the most popular form of Tai Chi worldwide. It can be learned and practiced by anyone at any fitness level—though it is necessary to be able to stand and walk. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice has value in treating or preventing health problems, such as arthritis and chronic pain. It also reduces nervousness, while it increases the size of the intelligent forebrain! Anyone with a little experience of the 24-form is welcome.
Join Bhadra for a deeply restorative session designed around a specific theme or intention, supported by a beautifully crafted crystal grid to amplify healing and alignment. No two sessions are alike; each gathering is intuitively curated to offer the deepest support for your journey.
We begin with a gentle guided meditation to center your energy and connect you with the group’s collective intention. Bhadra will provide focused Reiki and energy healing to each participant, helping to clear blockages, restore balance, and realign your energy system. Crystals will be intuitively placed to support chakra healing. The session flows into a silent meditation to close.
Whether you are seeking deep relaxation, emotional release, energetic alignment, or a moment of peace, this Group Healing Session provides a sacred space for transformation and renewal. All are welcome—no prior experience is necessary.
