Tai chi, often described as β€œmeditation in motion”, is an ancient and beautiful martial art that enhances balance, strength, and flexibility on both the physical and mental levels. Tai Chi harmonizes the breath, physical movement, concentration, and visual focus to cultivate the inner energy or life force. The Yang style 24-form of Tai Chi is the most popular form of Tai Chi worldwide. It can be learned and practiced by anyone at any fitness levelβ€”though it is necessary to be able to stand and walk. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice has value in treating or preventing health problems, such as arthritis and chronic pain. It also reduces nervousness, while it increases the size of the intelligent forebrain! No experience necessary.

Friday, February 13 β€’ 6:15 PM β€’ The Yoga Space

The Heart of Healing is a gentle, restorative group healing experience designed to support heart alignment, emotional release, and energetic renewal. This session offers a soft landing space for empaths, sensitives, and anyone seeking to reconnect with their inner calm.

We begin with grounding breath and a quiet settling of the nervous system, creating the foundation for heart-centered healing. With the support of guided visualization, you'll be invited to open your heart space with ease and compassion.

As you rest, Bhadra will offer a collective Reiki + Quantum energy healing transmission focused on:

Heart Alignment β€” softening emotional tension, balancing the heart chakra, and restoring coherence to your inner landscape.
Emotional Release β€” gently clearing heaviness, old stories, and stagnant energy held in the emotional body.
Energetic Renewal β€” replenishing your field with warmth, clarity, and revitalizing life force energy.

We close with space for reflection or journalingβ€”an opportunity to honor what shifted, what softened, and what opened.

This healing circle is perfect for anyone craving emotional relief, heart-centered clarity, or a peaceful reset for mind, body, and spirit.

Somatic Dance Experience

Full-Body Release for Nervous System Regulation

This is a guided somatic dance journey designed to help your body release stored stress and return to a regulated, grounded state.

Using the 5 Rhythms framework, we move through a deliberate arc that mirrors the nervous system’s natural cycle. We begin slowly to establish safety and awareness, build toward fuller expression and release, then gradually downshift for integration and landing.

No dance experience is needed. There is no choreography or performance. You are guided to move in a way that feels authentic to your body.

This experience supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to your body. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.

Cameras optional. Come as you are.

Restorative Yoga is the most gentle class that we offer and is especially beneficial for those experiencing physical and/or mental fatigue and burnout. Props are used generously to allow both the body and brain to fully relax in the poses. A typical restorative class has only a handful of postures in which the body is fully held and supported, so no real physical exertion is required. Our instructor is highly attentive to students, offering additional props and adjustments to support the needs of each unique body.
